The Dell is an online devised production by creative aging students and the directors of Never Too Late, Scrumbly Koldewyn and Joanne Grimm. Set in a retirement home for fictional and fairytale characters, residents must fight against a developer threatening to tear down their home.

Koldewyn and Grimm have worked with and led students since January 2021 to devise this production from the ground up. Acting as composer and director, respectively, the two’s dedication and perseverance to the program has shined through the pandemic.
