Stagebridge is hosting a series of four FREE Well-Being Workshops with Sara Armstrong and Susan Brooks Young - and you're invited to join us for one, some or all four sessions focused on increasing your well-being! Session #2 focuses on "Empathy."

Regardless of who you are and what your background is, there are some simple basic things you can do that don’t require a lot of time: some are fun, all are pleasant, and you are not committing to any kind of formal practice.
